Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day (including holidays).

Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every day (a little hard but try).

Do not work, watch TV or use your mobile phone in bed (beds are for sleeping only).

Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bed (leave your phone charging outside the bedroom to avoid the urge to slip again).

Keep the room at a comfortable and cool temperature and humidity (and dim the lights as well).

Avoid drinking caffeine in the evening or evening (and coffee and tea as early as possible).

Reduce fluid intake (and no alcohol) before bed.

Don’t eat a big meal before bed (just eat something light and healthy if you’re really hungry).

Do some simple stretching and abdominal breathing before going to bed (just inhale slowly and exhale slowly).

If you still haven't fallen asleep after 30 minutes, don't lie down and get up quickly (do some static activity without a lot of light).
