If there is no oil stuck after the new year, then
[Eat slowly and lose weight quickly]
Modern people live a fast-paced and stressful life. Many office workers often eat quickly just to fill their stomachs. They shorten their meal time so that they can continue working and face customers as soon as possible. In addition, sitting for long periods of time in the office slows down metabolism and results in obesity and metabolic syndrome.
As you get used to the busy pace of life, "eating slowly" has become something that needs practice. Dr. Jeff is here to share with you some practical methods.
When eating, consciously remind yourself to try to bite thirty times in one bite. You will find that the food becomes more delicious and the rice will become sweeter as you chew it.
Switch to natural, simply seasoned foods. Modern people prefer soft and strong-flavored foods. Their taste buds have already reacted before they start eating, so they chew less often. For food that is relatively hard and has a bland taste, you will naturally bite more to taste the food.
After each bite of food, put down the chopsticks and wait until you are completely finished before picking up the bowl and chopsticks to take another bite.
Drink water or sugar-free tea 30 minutes before meals to eliminate hunger pangs and avoid overeating due to excessive hunger.
