Small changes, big results

Because the highly developed food processing industry has liberated human beings from the constraints of planting and eating in accordance with the four seasons, the food we eat has changed from fresh, nutritious and fiber-rich food to food that is nutritious and full of sugar, fat and salt. Frighteningly, the prevalence of obesity, heart disease, diabetes and cancer has also skyrocketed. Fortunately, we can make the right choices for ourselves without sacrificing our taste buds and rediscover the beauty of archetypal foods.

Just a little change can bring big results

Changing the way you eat and buy food takes some time to get used to. If you often eat processed foods, your eating habits will not change overnight. After all, it would be cruel to deprive yourself of the foods you enjoy now. But don't worry! Just "change one thing" in your home life this week and make it your goal. For example: tell yourself to eat one more fruit and vegetable every day this week and practice it, and then don’t change anything else.

Start by adding something to your lifestyle, not taking away something. Once you start to incorporate other nutrient-rich choices into your life, you will find that your taste buds have changed. You will no longer be so obsessed with processed foods high in sugar and fat (you will eventually be able to give them up slowly), but will be more interested in colorful original fruits and vegetables!
